A blend of clones MV6, 114 and 777 deliver a fine and focused wine with driving autumnal berries at the fore. Black forest cake notes of cherry chocolate and a savoury edge of cherry cola. Clove, cinnamon and cedar from ageing in 50% new quality French oak support a long finish as well as providing structure for a long life in the cellar.
