Dark aromatic of ripe plums with bitumen, allspice and both black and white pepper. A commanding full palate full of classic satsuma plum as well as wild berries. 12 months in a mix of new and seasoned French Oak contributes firm yet fine tannin, giving the wine great length and food versatility.
