Our 2021 Sauvignon Blanc is a pure expression of an exceptional vintage.

Picked in the cold of the morning and treated to a strict temperature controlled ferment in stainless steel, preserving the unique character of this year's incredible fruit.

A nose of fresh cut grass and red apples lead into a gentle palate of kiwi fruit, apple and guava. A delicate acidity makes for an easy drinking companion to a lovely day in the sun.
