Delivery and Returns
Your order will be despatched the following business day and delivery is 3-10 business days depending on your location.
Should you receive a product that appears to have been Damaged in Transit you can:
Refuse to accept delivery of the product and demand the delivery company Return the product to Sender. We will then either:
- provide you with replacement product if available;
- provide you with an alternate product of your choice from our range to the total value of the damaged product; or
- provide you with a full refund.
If your bottle of wine is suffering from a wine fault and does not meet the high standard you expect from Anderson Hill, please return the remains of the bottle to the place of purchase for a replacement bottle or contact us. If you purchased your wine over our website please contact Anderson Hill to organise it to be returned to:
