Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice.

Online Orders

You must be 18 years of age or older to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Anderson Hill. Wines purchased from this website are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.

All prices include GST and are quoted in Australian dollars.

Anderson Hill reserves the right to alter pricing of a product/products at any time at the sole discretion of the company. In the event that a system error occurs and pricing is displayed incorrectly, Anderson Hill reserve the right to alter pricing and quantity supplied to reflect the correct value.

If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and postal address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

Wine is a perishable commodity.

Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Anderson Hill is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refund & Returns Policy:

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@andersonhill.com.au or telephone +61 407070295 so that we can resolve any problems.

This policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit; therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.Anderson Hill will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Experience Booking

By booking an Experience with Anderson Hill, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.  These terms of use may be changed from time to time.

A reservation is made through our online booking system. This is to ensure that you are familiar with these terms and our release of liability.

Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment. Payment can be made by credit card directly on our secure payment page.

The per person charge applies to all the customers including children. Please book seats for everyone in your group including children.

REFUND AND CANCELLATIONS:

Anderson Hill reserves the right to make route and itinerary modifications as needed.

The deposits paid are transferable but not refundable for all the confirmed bookings.

If an booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the experience started, the full price of the experience will be charged.

Wine Club

This is a 12-month membership with four (4) quarterly payments automatically deducted from your nominated credit card.

By becoming a member of the wine club you give Anderson Hill permission to contact you by mail, phone and/or email.

You can cancel or pause your Anderson Hill Wine Club membership in writing by email to wineclub@andersonhill.com.au after the initial 12-month period.

Changes to your membership must be made before the scheduled dispatch date.

Weddings & Functions

Bookings will be considered tentative for 14 days and regarded as confirmed upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit of $1200. This amount will be deducted from the final invoice.

Final number of guests is required 14 days prior to the event at which time we will issue an invoice to you for the remaining charges.

Final payment is required 14 days prior to the event. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard or EFT (electronic funds transfer). Payment by credit card will incur a 1.2% fee.

Minimum charges apply (see Packages & Pricing document).

Your choice of entertainment and decorations must be approved by Anderson Hill at least 14 days prior to the event. Anderson Hill reserves the right to control volume and noise at all times.

Final menu choices and any guest dietary requirements must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellations:

o within 7 days of event require full payment of the event

o within 14 days of event require payment of 50% of all costs

Drinks packages are for a 5-hour period. This can be extended at a cost of $10 per person per hour up to a time no later than midnight.

No beverages may be brought onto the property without prior arrangement. 

We do not allow service of spirits at your event.

All deliveries for events can be received between 11am to 5pm Wednesday to Sunday.

Exclusive use of the venue is from 5pm – prior to this the cellar door is open to the public. We suggest starting ceremonies at 5pm – 5.30pm.

No use of confetti, glitter or balloons at the property – please be mindful of the environment with your decorations.

Shoes must be worn at all times (especially no bare feet on the dance floor).

No drinks on the dance floor.

Anderson Hill is a non-smoking venue, however, a smoking area will be provided for guests.

Anderson Hill is licensed until midnight. Your respectful departure by 12.30am is appreciated.

Under our licensing and the responsible service of alcohol requirements, Anderson Hill staff and management reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated persons. 

Violent and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated. Police will be called if there is any trouble.

Any decorations, gifts etc. to be removed by 11am the following morning.

Any damage to the property, breakages and extra cleaning (in excess of what is deemed as normal) and additional costs incurred will be charged accordingly and must be paid within 7 days of the event.

Anderson Hill does not accept responsibility for the damage or loss of goods left on the premises before, during or after an event, including gifts, decorations and other client property. The client is financially responsible for any damage sustained to property before, during or after the event by the client, their guests or by outside contractors engaged by the client. 

In the event of an extreme or catastrophic fire danger day, Anderson Hill reserves the right to cancel the event, for the safety of you, your guests and our staff. If this does occur, we would make every attempt to assist you in finding a safe, alternative venue.

In the case that the event is held at Anderson Hill on a severe, extreme or catastrophic fire danger day, you will be required to have a bus (or suitable transport) on site for the duration of the event for the emergency evacuation of all guests if the need arises.

Anderson Hill will not be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. The client may arrange their own insurance and/or security should this be required.

Anderson Hill has the right to terminate the contract under extreme circumstances.

Amendments to these terms and conditions, for a particular event, shall only be valid if made in writing and signed by Anderson Hill management.
